The University Infrastructure Programme (UIP) is targeted at funding investments in high quality tangible fixed assets at the nine universities in Vienna. Annual calls of the WWTF resulted from 2006-2011 in a total funding volume of 8.5 Mio. €. The financing is courtesy of the City of Vienna via repayment of the land tax to the Vienna Universities.
